Game connections: Almost too many to count. Everyone will likely have run into Louis at some point or have at least a nodding acquaintance with him. He's best friends with NPC josh_hartnett and great friends with NPC Vince Vaughn (retired) and antony_starr and by extension, Josh and Antony's boys, jesse_eden Metcalfe (retired) and cit_stephen_amell. He's also incredibly close to his personal assistant, Marie D'Aubigne.

Pup's bio: He's the son of Michel Garneau (Board of Directors) and has connections with anyone who wants them.

At 18, Louis trained as an in-house slave and served out his two year contract. At 20, he trained as a dominant and became a trainer himself. His family comes from very old money and he has a hand in managing all the family businesses as well as overseeing a good part of Citadel's daily operations. He can be anywhere at anytime and is available for almost anything that requires a upper echelon Citadel staff member.

Louis is an OC (original character). He is the public face of Citadel and has been played with a variety of pups over the years. A while back he was been granted the status of real pup, per se - the only OC to have such status.
